great service but inconsistent hot water
The staff were exceptional! ! They were always helpful and friendly. The spa facilities were a highlight, especially the massage services. The location directly in front of the ski slopes added convenience to our skiing experience and provided stunning mountain views that truly enhanced our stay.
The hot water in our room was inconsistent, which was a bit disappointing after a long day on the slopes.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing excellent comfort after long days at the slopes. I appreciated the reliable hot water and the attention to detail with toiletries. The location was also beneficial, situated conveniently near ski rentals that offered fair pricing and helpful service.
The checkout process was frustrating due to unresolved payment issues.

Perfect spot for skiers!
Had an awesome time! The location was killer, just steps away from the slopes. The bar was perfect for winding down after a long day on the mountain, and the bartender was super chill. Just wish breakfast started a bit earlier to fuel up before hitting the slopes. Still, overall it was a solid stay!

this hotel is so comfy and clean, right by the slopes! all the staff were super friendly and helpful. the bar and restaurant service was quick and everything was great value for money. the spa was a highlight, loved the massages and sauna. definitely gonna book again next year!
breakfast could start earlier, that’d be helpful for skiiers. also, they now charge extra for the steam room, which is kinda excessive.

It was just a smart choice for a short weekend trip in Borovets with great value for money. The swimming pool was nice, although a bit limited in opening hours. Look out for the lift schedules when planning your skiing.

Earlier breakfast hours would be beneficial for seniors.

Comfortable Stay with Good Amenities!
We had a wonderful time during our 2-night stay. The room was cozy and well-equipped. An unexpected highlight was the spa facilities, perfect for relaxing after skiing. Pro tip , check timing for the drag lift. it closes early, so plan your ski day accordingly.

The access to ski slopes is decent, but beware, the drag lift closes by 16:15, so plan accordingly. The sauna and steam room, although an extra charge now, offer a decent way to unwind after a long day on the mountain.
There's a lot of confusion regarding charges for amenities. Breakfast hours are also a headache, starting too late for anyone keen on getting first tracks—I've seen better arrangements at other places. The swimming pool is cooler than expected, which doesn't sit well with families. Plus, noise from snow ploughs can be a real nuisance at night if you're trying to catch some sleep after a day on the slopes. The room you get might feel cramped, especially if you need a third bed, and it may not meet the expectations set for space.

Exceptionally positioned right by the slopes, the spacious common areas facilitated cherished family moments. Nightly, they offered diverse games, though an earlier breakfast hour would have been beneficial to maximize ski time. The ski equipment storage was convenient, too, and the staff were generally friendly.

The room was spacious and clean, giving enough space to relax after a long day out. The beds were really comfy, which was great for recovery after all that skiing. We had a nice view of the slopes too, which was a nice touch. Just wish the hot water was a bit more consistent when showering after a trip to the slopes.
